2、主、从动螺杆采用轴向低压平衡。主、从动螺杆在运转中处于受拉状态,因而螺杆不易变形;从动螺杆由液压力驱动旋转,主、从动螺杆间无接触,因此螺杆无磨损;
3、泵体为双层结构,夹层可以通加热介质对泵内介质进行加热保温;
4、泵进出口方向可根据用户要求进行变换,有后进上出(基型)、上进上出、左进上出、右进上出等等(详见代号说明),便于用户现场配管。

四、选型步骤及注意事项
1、首先要准确了解泵的实际工作参数,如压力、流量、介质的工作温度及介质在工作温度下的粘度、介质有无润滑性、腐蚀性等;
2、根据介质在工作温度下的粘度初步选择泵的转速,一般粘度小于300mm2/s,选择n=1450r/min比较适合,当粘度大于300mm2/s,请慎重考虑泵的必需汽蚀余量,以免泵产生振动;
3、从泵的性能表上,按所需流量、压力等参数初步选择泵的规格;
4、从泵的必需汽蚀表(P15)上,根据泵的规格、转速、粘度查出泵的必需汽蚀余量
NPSHr值;
5、如果泵的必需汽蚀余量NPSHr值小于管道装置的汽蚀余量NPSHa值,那么泵选型正确;如果泵的必需汽蚀余量NPSHr值大于管道装置的汽蚀余量NPSHa值,则要选择大一档的泵或是降低转速,并重新校合NPSHr值。
NPSHr ≤ NPSHa+K(一般情况安全裕度 K取0.3—0.5m)
6、选定泵的规格后,在对应的粘度下,从表中查出此规格泵在工作压力下△P下的流量与轴功率N1,选配电机功率N2,N2 ≥ K·N1。
